Faith in Jesus is not just intelectual belief that Jesus exists. It is not a magic prayer that you can just say and then walk away. It is truly trusting in God and it is a belief that cannot help but cause a real change in your life. The Bible tells us that when we are serious about trusting God we become a new creation. When you receive God's Holy Spirit to live in you and help you live a godly life, you become a new you. But the truth is you need help, we all do. And that is why Jesus gave us the Bible, prayer and the church. If you don't have a Bible, you need to get one. Then begin reading it. Pray to God every day. You do this simply by talking to him and telling him what's going on in your life. You also need to find a good church that will help encourage you and help you learn more about God and the Bible.
